Required products
- 250 g spaghetti
- 200 g minced meat
- 1 carrot
- 1 onion
- 1 celery stalk
- 1 a spoon tomato paste
- 1 container canned chopped tomatoes
- 100 ml red wine
- 50 g bacon
- 1 slice garlic
- salt, pepper, thyme

Making
- Fry the bacon in a pan, add the minced meat and fry well, stirring.
- Grate the carrot, finely chop the onion and celery stalk. Add to the meat and fry.
- When cooked, add garlic, tomato paste, mix. Then add canned chopped tomatoes, salt, pepper, spices. Add wine. Simmer for about 5-8 minutes.
- Boil the spaghetti (according to the instructions on the package).
