Spaghetti bolognese

Required products

  • 250 g spaghetti
  • 200 g minced meat
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 onion
  • 1 celery stalk
  • 1 a spoon tomato paste
  • 1 container canned chopped tomatoes
  • 100 ml red wine
  • 50 g bacon
  • 1 slice garlic
  • salt, pepper, thyme

Making

  • Fry the bacon in a pan, add the minced meat and fry well, stirring.
  • Grate the carrot, finely chop the onion and celery stalk. Add to the meat and fry.
  • When cooked, add garlic, tomato paste, mix. Then add canned chopped tomatoes, salt, pepper, spices. Add wine. Simmer for about 5-8 minutes.
  • Boil the spaghetti (according to the instructions on the package).
  • Once the spaghetti is cooked, drain it, place it on plates, and pour over the sauce.
