Spaghetti bolognese

Ingredients
- 250 g spaghetti
- 200 g minced meat
- 1 carrot
- 1 onion
- 1 celery stalk
- 1 spoon tomato paste
- 1 jar canned chopped tomatoes
- 100 ml red wine
- 50 g bacon
- 1 slice garlic
- salt, pepper, thyme

Instructions
- In a frying pan, fry the bacon, add the minced meat and fry nicely, stirring.
- Grate the carrot, finely chop the onion and celery stalk. Add to the meat.
- When baked, add the garlic and tomato paste and stir. Then add the canned chopped tomatoes, salt, pepper and spices. Pour in the wine. Simmer for about 5-8 minutes.
- Cook the spaghetti (according to the instructions on the packet).
- Drain the cooked spaghetti, place it on plates and pour the sauce over it.
