Cheesecake with peanut butter

Required products

Basically

  • 2 packages Oreo cookies (original)
  • 50 g melted butter

For cream

  • 340 g peanut butter
  • 200 g cream cheese, such as PHILADELPHIA LIGHT
  • 300 ml heavy cream
  • 1 or vanilla sugar

For decoration

  • favorite berries
  • chopped peanuts
  • grated dark chocolate

Making

  • For the base, crush the Oreo cookies and mix with the butter. You can crush the cookies in a food processor or put them in a bag and roll them.
  • Line the bottom of a round baking dish with the crushed biscuit mixture and press down well. I used a 20 cm tin.
    Place in the refrigerator while we prepare the cream.
    I put baking paper in the bottom of the baking pan, then it's easier to remove the cake.

  • Prepare the cream. Mix the cream cheese and peanut butter well, add vanilla sugar. Whip the cream in a separate bowl. Add the cream to the cheese-peanut mixture in parts. Once everything is mixed, place it on the biscuit base and put it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
  • Decorate according to your wishes and mood. Berries, chopped roasted salted peanuts, and grated dark chocolate are great.
