Soup with salmon

Ingredients
- 250 g salmon fillet
- 1 a small onion
- 1 carrot
- 4 potatoes
- 1 l water
- ¼ broccoli
- 1 Or sh. salt
- bay leaf

Instructions
- Heat the fish, add salt and bay leaf.
- Cut the potatoes into large cubes.
- Fry the finely chopped onion and grated carrot.
- Add the fried carrots, onions and diced potatoes to the boiling soup.
- Cook for 10 minutes, then add the broccoli and cook for a few more minutes until the potatoes are cooked.
