Salmon teriyaki sauce

Ingredients

  • 250 g salmon fillets
  • 100 ml teriyaki sauce
  • 0.5 packet Woks of frozen vegetables
  • sesame seeds
  • 150 ml rice

Instructions

  • Coat the salmon with teriyaki sauce and leave to marinate for 30 min
  • Preheat the oven to 200C, place the vegetables and salmon on a baking tray, pour over the remaining teriyaki sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake for about 20 minutes.
  • While the fish and vegetables are cooking, cook the rice.
