Required products

  • 500 g salmon fillet
  • 1 egg
  • 2 spoons ground breadcrumbs
  • 1 small onion
  • salt, ground pepper
  • 1 a spoon oil for frying

Making

  • Finely chop the salmon fillet. I usually use a food processor with an S-shaped blade, chopping it into coarse pieces so that it is not a complete mush.
  • Chop the onion very finely. Add to the salmon, also beat in the egg, add the breadcrumbs, salt and ground pepper. Mix well.
  • Form into patties. Fry in hot oil for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  • Serve with potatoes or pearl barley and vegetable salad. Delicious!
