Ingredients
- 500 g salmon fillet
- 1 egg
- 2 spoons ground breadcrumbs
- 1 a small onion
- salt, ground pepper
- 1 spoon oil for frying

Instructions
- Finely chop the salmon fillets. I usually use a food processor with an S-blade, chopping to coarse grinds so that it is not a complete mush.
- Chop the onion very finely. Add it to the salmon, add the egg, breadcrumbs, salt and ground pepper. Knead well.
- Form the steaks. Fry in hot oil for 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Serve with potatoes or pearl barley and vegetable salad. Delicious!
