Salmon burger

Ingredients
- 300 g salmon fillet
- 0,5 onion
- salt, pepper
- oil for frying
- 2 bought burger buns
- 2 slices melted cheese
For the sauce
- 100 ml natural yoghurt or sour cream
- 1 slice garlic
- onion leaves, dill
- salt, pepper

Instructions
- Finely chop the salmon fillets, add the chopped onion, salt and ground pepper and mix very well. Form two cutlets and fry on a medium heat for about 2 minutes on each side. When the second side is browned, add the cheese to coat.
- Mix the yoghurt with the chopped garlic, onion leaves, dill, salt and ground pepper if necessary.
- Heat the burger buns on a dry frying pan with the inside of the bun on the frying pan.
- Spread the sauce on one part of the bun, add a lettuce leaf, tomato slices, cucumber, a fish cutlet and cover with the top part of the bun.
