Required products
- 300 ml heavy cream
- 1 or vanilla sugar
- 1 a spoon sugar If the rice porridge is sweet or you don't like it sweet, you can leave out the sugar.
- 500 g cold rice porridge
- 30 g broken almonds

Making
- Whip the cream with sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy.
- Add cold rice porridge and almonds to the whipped cream and mix well, you can beat with a mixer.
- We eat it with our favorite jam and garnish with chopped almonds.
