Required products

  • 300 ml heavy cream
  • 1 or vanilla sugar
  • 1 a spoon sugar If the rice porridge is sweet or you don't like it sweet, you can leave out the sugar.
  • 500 g cold rice porridge
  • 30 g broken almonds

Making

  • Whip the cream with sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy.
  • Add cold rice porridge and almonds to the whipped cream and mix well, you can beat with a mixer.
  • We eat it with our favorite jam and garnish with chopped almonds.
