Rice porridge cream

Ingredients

  • 300 ml heavy cream
  • 1 arb.sh. vanilla sugar
  • 1 spoon cukaus if the rice porridge is sweet or if you don't like sweet things, you can add no sugar
  • 500 g cold rice porridge
  • 30 g broken almonds

Instructions

  • Whip the cream with the sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy.
  • Add the cold rice porridge and the almonds to the whipped cream and mix well, or beat with a mixer.
  • Eat with your favourite jam and garnish with slivered almonds.
