Required products
- 4 eggs
- 160 g sugar
- 200 g of flour
- 1 or baking powder
- 500 g finely chopped rhubarb
- 50 g brown sugar (can be replaced with plain white)
- 1 a spoon butter to smear the tins

Making
- Beat the eggs with the sugar. Add the flour mixed with the baking powder. Mix well.
- Grease a tin with butter, add the chopped rhubarb, add the brown sugar and mix. Then pour in the batter and spread it nicely over the rhubarb.
- Bake at 180℃ for about 30-40 minutes. Check with a wooden skewer - if it comes out clean when inserted, the cake is done; if it is still covered in batter, it needs a little more baking time.
- Sprinkle the baked cake with powdered sugar. It is very delicious with ice cream.
