Pork in teriyaki sauce

Ingredients

  • 400 g pork
  • 120 g teriyaki sauce
  • 1 carrot
  • ¼ broccoli
  • 1 onion
  • 100 ml rice
  • 1 arb.sh sesame seeds
  • oil for frying

Instructions

  • Rinse the rice, cover with 250 ml of water and cook over low heat for about 10 minutes.
  • While the rice is cooking, prepare the meat. Cut the pork into strips and fry, stirring frequently, until browned on all sides.
  • When the meat is browned, add the sliced carrot, the broccoli florets divided into several pieces and the finely chopped onion. Let everything fry for about 5 minutes, without forgetting to stir.
  • Add the teriyaki sauce at the end of the cooking time, stir well. Add sesame seeds.
  • Eaten with rice.
