Ingredients
- 250 g pasta
- 2 spoons olive oil
- 1 slice garlic
- 1 onion
- 1 carrot
- 0,5 courgettes
- 0,5 red peppers
- 0,5 cup green peas may be refrigerated
- 10 cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup water from pasta
- 100 ml cream
- green parsley leaves

Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet. While the pasta is cooking, prepare the sauce.
- Cut the carrot and peppers into strips. Finely chop the onion and garlic and halve the cherry tomatoes.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the garlic and onion, stir-fry for a couple of minutes. Then add the carrots. When the carrots are roasted, add the peppers and peas, tomatoes, stir fry until the vegetables are soft, about 5-7 minutes, add the pasta water and cook covered for a couple of minutes. Pour in the cream, bring to the boil, add the cooked noodles and chopped parsley leaves. Delicious!
