Ingredients

  • 250 g spaghetti noodles
  • 100 g smoked bacon
  • 2 eggs
  • 50 g parmesan cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the packet.
  • Slice the bacon and fry until nicely browned.
  • Whisk the eggs with salt, pepper and grated cheese.
  • Place the cooked spaghetti in the pan with the bacon, pour over the egg and cheese mixture, stir well and remove from the stove. If it thickens too much, add a little water from the cooked pasta.
  • Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and freshly ground pepper.
