Ingredients
- 250 g spaghetti noodles
- 100 g smoked bacon
- 2 eggs
- 50 g parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the packet.
- Slice the bacon and fry until nicely browned.
- Whisk the eggs with salt, pepper and grated cheese.
- Place the cooked spaghetti in the pan with the bacon, pour over the egg and cheese mixture, stir well and remove from the stove. If it thickens too much, add a little water from the cooked pasta.
- Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and freshly ground pepper.
