Ingredients

  • 500 g rice porridge (very suitable for leftovers)
  • 1 banana
  • 3 eggs
  • 150 ml milk
  • 200 g flour
  • vanilla/cardamom (optional, to taste)
  • oil for frying

Instructions

  • Grate the banana, mix it with the mashed rice, add the egg yolks, milk and flour and mix well.
  • Whisk the egg whites and gently fold them into the batter.
  • Fry in hot oil.
  • Eat with jam, sour cream or any other accompaniments you like.

Naudinga

  • Bake 20-25 pancakes, depending on the size you are making.
