Pancakes with rice

Ingredients
- 500 g rice porridge (very suitable for leftovers)
- 1 banana
- 3 eggs
- 150 ml milk
- 200 g flour
- vanilla/cardamom (optional, to taste)
- oil for frying

Instructions
- Grate the banana, mix it with the mashed rice, add the egg yolks, milk and flour and mix well.
- Whisk the egg whites and gently fold them into the batter.
- Fry in hot oil.
- Eat with jam, sour cream or any other accompaniments you like.
