Pancake in the oven

Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 spoon sugar or 1 mashed banana
- 250 ml milk
- 250 ml flour
- 20 g butter for frying

Instructions
- Turn on the oven to 220C.
- Whisk the eggs, sugar (or mashed banana), milk and flour in a food processor or whisk.
- Place a baking tray in the oven, add the butter to melt. I use a frying pan with a removable handle with a diameter of 28 cm, but you can use a different tin.
- Pour the batter into the preheated baking tray and bake for about 15 minutes.
Naudinga
Once the dough has been kneaded, a handful of blueberries (fresh or frozen) or raisins can be added. The pancake will be improved.
