Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 150 g flour
- 250 ml milk
- 3 ribbons bacon
- 6 pcs asparagus
- 1 spoon butter
- 100 g feta cheese

- Turn on the oven to 225℃
- Whisk together the eggs, flour and milk.
- Cut off part of the stems (about 1 cm) of the asparagus
- In a frying pan suitable for baking in the oven, fry the bacon, add the butter and the asparagus and fry them briefly (2-3 minutes), cooked on all sides. Pour in the pancake batter and place in the oven.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes. When removed from the oven, sprinkle with feta cheese.

If you don't have such a pan, you should use an oven-safe tin, then place the bacon and asparagus in the preheated tin, pour in the pancake batter and bake for the same amount of time as indicated. I baked this pancake in a 28 cm diameter pan.
