Required products

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 spoons full can be replaced with cream

  • 25 g butter for baking or oil for frying
  • 2 strips bacon for serving, supplement

Making

  • Beat the eggs with milk, add salt, ground pepper, and peas.
  • In a frying pan, over medium heat, melt the butter and pour in the beaten egg mixture.
  • Cook one side for a few minutes until nicely browned and the top is firm, then, without breaking the pastry, flip it over and cook the other side.
  • Place on a plate and brown the bacon in the same pan.
  • Serve with your favorite vegetables and bread.
