Oat biscuits

Ingredients
- 200 g oatmeal
- 50 g flour
- 100 g sugar
- 100 g melted butter
- 50 g kapoto chocolate
- 1 arb.sh. baking powder
- 1 arb.sh. vanilla
- 1 egg
- Pinch salt

Instructions
- Add the oats, flour, egg, sugar, vanilla, baking powder, a pinch of salt and chopped chocolate to the melted but cooled butter. Mix everything well.
- Place the mixture on cling film and make a 'sausage' and put it in the fridge for at least an hour.
- When the 'sausage' has cooled, cut it into pieces about a centimetre high and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
- Bake at 180°Cfor 12-15 minutes.

This quantity of products makes 12 delicious biscuits of normal to medium size. Chocolate can be replaced by raisins, dried cranberries or other dried berries.
