Ingredients

  • 200 g oatmeal
  • 50 g flour
  • 100 g sugar
  • 100 g melted butter
  • 50 g kapoto chocolate
  • 1 arb.sh. baking powder
  • 1 arb.sh. vanilla
  • 1 egg
  • Pinch salt

Instructions

  • Add the oats, flour, egg, sugar, vanilla, baking powder, a pinch of salt and chopped chocolate to the melted but cooled butter. Mix everything well.
  • Place the mixture on cling film and make a 'sausage' and put it in the fridge for at least an hour.
  • When the 'sausage' has cooled, cut it into pieces about a centimetre high and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

  • Bake at 180°Cfor 12-15 minutes.

This quantity of products makes 12 delicious biscuits of normal to medium size.
Chocolate can be replaced by raisins, dried cranberries or other dried berries.
