Minced meat stew

Ingredients
- 400 g beef mince
- 1 onion
- 1 slice garlic
- 1 red peppers
- 2 spoons tomato paste
- 2 spoons oil
- 1 jar canned beans
- 150 ml water
- 150 ml cream
- your favourite spices such as thyme
- salt

Instructions
- Fry the chopped onion and garlic in oil. Put them in the pot in which you are going to stew (I use a heavy-based pot for stews), add the finely chopped peppers and carrots, the tomato paste, salt and spices, add water and simmer over low heat.
- In the pan where the onion and garlic were frying, fry the minced meat. Add to the carrots, onions and garlic. Simmer for about 50 minutes, checking for any lack of liquid, if there is any, if it starts to sweat, add a little water.
- Drain the liquid from the canned beans, rinse them with water and add them to the stew and add the cream. Simmer for a further 10 minutes. Taste and add more salt if there is not enough. Delicious!
