- 100 g sugar
- 30 g brown sugar

- Grease the baking dish with butter, sprinkle with flour and place it in the pan.
- Turn on the oven, heat to 180℃
- Beat the eggs, sugar (white and brown), and vanilla sugar until white and fluffy.
- Mix the flour with the baking powder. Add the eggs in parts. When the flour is incorporated, add the butter and grated lemon zest. Mix well.
- Place a good spoonful of dough into the madeleine molds.
- Bake at 180℃ for about 12-15 minutes.
