Required products

  • 140 g butter melted, but not hot
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 g sugar
  • 30 g brown sugar
  • 1 or vanilla sugar
  • 0,5 or baking powder
  • 150 g of flour
  • 2 spoons grated lemon peel

  • Grease the baking dish with butter, sprinkle with flour and place it in the pan.

  • Turn on the oven, heat to 180℃
  • Beat the eggs, sugar (white and brown), and vanilla sugar until white and fluffy.
  • Mix the flour with the baking powder. Add the eggs in parts. When the flour is incorporated, add the butter and grated lemon zest. Mix well.
  • Place a good spoonful of dough into the madeleine molds.
