Ingredients

  • 140 g butter melted but not hot
  • 2 egg
  • 100 g sugar
  • 30 g brown sugar
  • 1 arb.sh. vanilla sugar
  • 0,5 arb.sh. baking powder
  • 150 g flour
  • 2 spoons grated lemon peel

Instructions

  • Add the required products. The butter still needs to be melted.

  • Whisk the eggs and sugar (white and brown) and vanilla sugar until white and fluffy.
  • Mix the flour with the baking powder. Pour partly into the eggs. When the flour is incorporated, pour in the butter and add the grated lemon rind. Mix well.
