Ingredients
- 140 g butter melted but not hot
- 2 egg
- 100 g sugar
- 30 g brown sugar
- 1 arb.sh. vanilla sugar
- 0,5 arb.sh. baking powder
- 150 g flour
- 2 spoons grated lemon peel
For the preparation of the baking tin
- 1 spoon butter

Instructions
- Add the required products. The butter still needs to be melted.
- Grease a baking tray with butter, sprinkle with flour and place.
- Switch on the oven, preheat to 180℃
- Whisk the eggs and sugar (white and brown) and vanilla sugar until white and fluffy.
- Mix the flour with the baking powder. Pour partly into the eggs. When the flour is incorporated, pour in the butter and add the grated lemon rind. Mix well.
- Put a good spoonful of the dough into the moulds
- Bake at 180℃ for about 12-15 minutes.
