Liver mince with potatoes

Ingredients
- 500 g liver (beef or pork)
- 1 a small onion
- 2 spoons breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 0,5 arb.sh. salt
- ground pepper
- oil for frying
- 6 potatoes
- 1 spoon butter

Instructions
- Peel and boil the potatoes. Drain once cooked and sprinkle with dill. While the potatoes are boiling, we can cook the mince pies.
- Cut the liver into strips and soak in milk for 15 minutes. Drain, mince the liver and onion in a meat mincer or in a hand blender.
- Add salt and pepper and beat in the egg. Mix well. The batter is liquid, like pancakes.
- Spoon the dough into the hot fat. When one side is nicely browned, carefully flip the other side with a wider spatula. One side bakes for about 3 minutes.
- Serve with boiled potatoes and your favourite vegetables.
