Required products

  • 600 g cottage cheese
  • 350 g of flour
  • 4 eggs
  • salt
  • chopped tarragon leaves
  • a little flour for rolling

For the sauce

  • 20 g butter
  • 3 spoons sour cream

Making

  • Heat a pot of water (about 3 liters)
  • Mix the cottage cheese, flour, eggs, tarragon, and salt well.
  • Divide the dough into 4-5 parts and roll out long 'rods'.
  • Cut into 1-1.5 cm pieces.
  • Add the cottage cheese to the boiling water. Once the cottage cheese has boiled, boil for about 5-6 minutes.
  • It tastes best with a butter and sour cream sauce. Place a piece of butter on a plate next to the cottage cheese, cover with warm laziness to melt, and add a spoonful of sour cream.
