Eggs stuffed with smoked salmon

Ingredients
- 3 hard-boiled eggs
- 1 spoon Mayonnaise
- 1 arb.sh. Dijon mustard
- 40 g smoked salmon
- 1 spoon butter
- 1 spoon lemon juice
- 1 spoon dill
- salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Peel the hard-boiled eggs and cut them in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks.
- Beat the yolks with a fork, add the butter, mustard and mayonnaise and mix well until smooth.
- Cut the smoked salmon into small pieces. Add to the egg yolks, reserving a little for decoration, and mix. Add the lemon juice and chopped dill. Add salt and pepper, if not enough.
- Place the prepared filling in the egg halves, top with the salmon pieces. Garnish with finely chopped onion leaves and dill.
