Required products

  • 3 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 a spoon mayonnaise
  • 1 or Dijon mustard
  • 2 strips bacon
  • 1 a spoon butter
  • salt, pepper to taste

Making

  • Peel the hard-boiled eggs and cut them in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks.
  • Mash the yolks with a fork, add butter, mustard, mayonnaise and mix everything well until smooth.
  • Fry the bacon until crispy and, when cooled, cut into small pieces. Add, leaving a little for decoration, to the egg yolks and mix. If necessary, add salt and pepper.
  • Place the prepared filling into the egg halves, sprinkle with bacon pieces, and garnish with finely chopped spring onions.
