- 1 a spoon mayonnaise

- 2 strips bacon

Making
- Peel the hard-boiled eggs and cut them in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks.
- Mash the yolks with a fork, add butter, mustard, mayonnaise and mix everything well until smooth.
- Fry the bacon until crispy and, when cooled, cut into small pieces. Add, leaving a little for decoration, to the egg yolks and mix. If necessary, add salt and pepper.
- Place the prepared filling into the egg halves, sprinkle with bacon pieces, and garnish with finely chopped spring onions.
