Eggs stuffed with crispy bacon

Ingredients
- 3 hard-boiled eggs
- 1 spoon Mayonnaise
- 1 arb.sh. Dijon mustard
- 2 ribbons bacon
- 1 spoon butter
- salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Peel the hard-boiled eggs and cut them in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks.
- Beat the yolks with a fork, add the butter, mustard and mayonnaise and mix well until smooth.
- Fry the bacon until crisp and cut it into small pieces when cooled. Add to the egg yolks, reserving a little for decoration, and mix. Add salt and pepper, if not enough.
- Place the prepared filling in the egg halves and sprinkle with bacon pieces. Garnish with finely chopped onion leaves.
