Chicken and vegetable skewers
A simple and easy choice for dinner on the grill!

Ingredients
- 400 g chicken fillet
- ½ courgettes
- ½ peppers
For marinades
- 2 spoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 spoons soy sauce
- 2 spoons olive oil
- 2 spoons Honey

Instructions
- Mix the marinade ingredients.
- Cut the chicken into medium-sized pieces. Cut the courgettes into thin strips. I used a suri knife to cut the courgettes. Cut the peppers into square pieces. Pour the marinade over everything and stir, leave for about 30 minutes.
- While the meat and vegetables are marinating, soak the wooden skewers in water to prevent them from burning during cooking.
- Meat and vegetables on skewers, e.g. meat, zucchini wrapped in a skewer, meat, peppers, meat etc.
- Grill on the grill for about 10 minutes, turn over. Delicious!
