- 500 g skinless salmon fillet
- ½ small zucchini
- 1 box canned pineapple

Making
- Cut the salmon into pieces that fit on the skewer, i.e. not too small and not too large.
- Season the salmon pieces with salt and pepper and pour the liquid from the canned pineapple over them. Leave to marinate for 10 minutes.
- Cut the zucchini into pieces, you will need 8 pieces.
- Prepare 4 skewers. If you use wooden ones, soak them in water for half an hour. I use reusable metal ones.
- Thread a quarter of the salmon fillet onto one skewer. Stuff the marinated pineapple and zucchini into the spaces between the salmon.
- Grill for about 10 minutes, turning carefully.
