Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 200 g sugar
  • 200 g butter
  • 200 g flour
  • 2 spoons cold water

Instructions

  • Whisk the eggs and sugar well.
  • Add melted but not hot butter.
  • Add the flour and stir. We help you rest for an hour or more.
  • If the dough is very thick, add a couple of tablespoons of salted water.
  • Bake thin wafers in a frying pan. Add one tablespoon of batter per waffle. Roll them up in a tube until warm.
