Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 200 g sugar
- 200 g butter
- 200 g flour
- 2 spoons cold water

- Whisk the eggs and sugar well.
- Add melted but not hot butter.
- Add the flour and stir. We help you rest for an hour or more.
- If the dough is very thick, add a couple of tablespoons of salted water.
- Bake thin wafers in a frying pan. Add one tablespoon of batter per waffle. Roll them up in a tube until warm.
