Ingredients
- 250 ml cream
- 150 ml milk
- 4 spoons sugar
- 0.5 arb.sh. vanilla sugar
- 4 Yolks
- 2 spoons sugar for toasting

Instructions
- Mix the cream, milk, sugar, vanilla sugar, heat to dissolve the sugar.
- Beat the egg yolks and add them to the milk mixture. It is important that the milk is not too hot and does not curdle the yolks.
- Pour the whole mixture into heat-proof jars, filling 2/3 of the jar. Then place the jars on a baking tray, pour lukewarm water into the tray (to cover 1/3 of the height of the jars) and place in an oven preheated to 150℃. Bake for 35-40 minutes until thickened.
- Pour about a teaspoon of sugar on top, spreading it over the entire surface. Then return to the oven, grill for about 2-3 minutes.
