Cod in sweet and sour sauce

Ingredients
- 350 g cod fillet
- 2 spoons maize starch
- 250 g WOKS vegetable mix
- 1 cm ginger
- 2 slices garlic
- 1 onion
- 100 ml sweet and sour sauce e.g. Sweet Chilli
- salt, ground pepper
- 2 spoons oil for frying

Instructions
- Add a little salt and ground pepper to the cornstarch.
- Cut the cod fillets and coat them in a mixture of cornstarch, salt and pepper.
- Fry the cod pieces in the hot oil for about 5 minutes, turning to coat on all sides. Once fried, place on a plate.
- In the same pan, fry the chopped ginger, garlic and onion until the onion is nicely browned. Then add the WOKS vegetables and fry for about 5 minutes. Pour in the sweet and sour sauce, stir-fry for about a minute and put the cod back in the pan. Stir and enjoy. Serve with rice or rice noodles.
