Ingredients
- 500 ml cherry pitted and stalkless
- 2 spoons sugar for sprinkling on the cherries
- 3 egg
- 280 ml milk
- 2 spoons sour cream
- 120 g sugar
- 100 g flour
- salt
- a few drops of almond essence
- butter for greasing the tin
- icing sugar for serving

Instructions
- Turn on the oven to 200℃
- Mix the cherries with 2 tablespoons of sugar.
- Make a dough of milk, sour cream, sugar, flour and eggs. Whisk well with a whisk to remove any lumps of flour and add the almond essence.
- Grease a baking tin well with butter and spread the candied cherries on the bottom.
- Pour the batter over the cherries. Place in the oven. Bake for about 35-40 minutes.
- Once baked and slightly cooled, sprinkle with icing sugar. Delicious!
