Ingredients
- 100 g dark chocolate
- 50 g room temperature butter
- 100 g sugar
- 150 g flour
- 1 arb.sh. baking powder
- 150 g cherry jam
- 3 eggs
- almond essences
- 0,5 arb.sh. vanilla sugar
- cocoa for decoration

Instructions
- Melt the chocolate and add the almond essence, vanilla sugar, jam and butter to the cooled chocolate and mix well.
- Mix the flour with the baking powder.
- Add the eggs one by one to the chocolate dough and add the flour.
- Place the mixture in a baking tin.
- Bake at 200℃ for about 25-30 minutes, depending on the size of the baking tray.
