Chicken with sesame seeds

Ingredients
Fried chicken
- 600 g chicken fillet
- 4 spoons flour
- 3 spoons tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 arb.sh. salt
- ground pepper
- 1 egg white
- oil for frying/cooking
Sesame sauce
- 1 slice garlic
- 2 spoons tomato sauce
- 2 spoons soy sauce
- 2 spoons Honey
- 2 spoons sesame oil
- 1 spoon rice vinegar/vinegar
- 1 spoon brown sugar
- 1 spoon sesame seeds

- 200 ml rice

Instructions
- Cook the rice. 1 glass of rice - 2,5 glasses of water, a little salt.
- Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces, sprinkle with salt and ground pepper and add the egg white, mix well. Mix the flour and cornstarch in a bowl and roll the chicken. Place in well heated fat. Once baked, skim off.
- Make a puree from all the sauce ingredients. Pour the puree into another frying pan (or in the same pan, but drain the fat and rinse the pan). When it comes to the boil, fry for a couple of minutes and add the fried chicken pieces. Roll them well in the sauce.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and onion leaves when serving.
