Required products

Fried chicken

  • 600 g chicken fillet
  • 4 spoons of flour
  • 3 spoons tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 or salt
  • ground pepper
  • 1 egg white
  • oil for frying/cooking

Sesame sauce

  • 1 slice garlic
  • 2 spoons tomato sauce
  • 2 spoons soy sauce
  • 2 spoons honey
  • 2 spoons sesame oil
  • 1 a spoon rice vinegar/vinegar
  • 1 a spoon brown sugar
  • 1 a spoon sesame seeds

Accessories

  • 200 ml rice

Making

  • Heat the rice. 1 cup of rice - 2,5 cups of water, a little salt.
  • Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces, sprinkle with salt, ground pepper and add the egg white, mix well. Mix the flour and cornstarch in a bowl, roll the chicken in it. Fry in well-heated fat. When cooked, remove.
  • Mix all the sauce ingredients together. Pour the puree into another pan (or the same pan, but drain the fat and wash the pan). When it boils, fry for a couple of minutes and add the fried chicken pieces. Coat them well in the sauce.
  • When serving, sprinkle with sesame seeds and spring onions.
