Required products
Fried chicken
- 600 g chicken fillet
- 4 spoons of flour
- 3 spoons tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 or salt
- ground pepper
- 1 egg white
- oil for frying/cooking
Sesame sauce
- 1 slice garlic
- 2 spoons tomato sauce
- 2 spoons soy sauce
- 2 spoons honey
- 2 spoons sesame oil
- 1 a spoon rice vinegar/vinegar
- 1 a spoon brown sugar
- 1 a spoon sesame seeds

- 200 ml rice

Making
- Heat the rice. 1 cup of rice - 2,5 cups of water, a little salt.
- Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces, sprinkle with salt, ground pepper and add the egg white, mix well. Mix the flour and cornstarch in a bowl, roll the chicken in it. Fry in well-heated fat. When cooked, remove.
- Mix all the sauce ingredients together. Pour the puree into another pan (or the same pan, but drain the fat and wash the pan). When it boils, fry for a couple of minutes and add the fried chicken pieces. Coat them well in the sauce.
- When serving, sprinkle with sesame seeds and spring onions.
