Chicken thigh fillets in cream sauce

Ingredients

  • 400 g chicken thigh fillet
  • 5-6 cherry tomatoes
  • 0,5 dish canned beans
  • 100 ml water or broth
  • 150 ml gietinėlės
  • 1 slice garlic
  • 0,5 arb.sh. salt
  • 0,5 arb.sh. peppers
  • ground pepper
  • oil for frying

Instructions

  • Rub the chicken thigh fillets with salt, paprika, ground pepper and crushed garlic and leave to rest for about 10 minutes.
  • Fry the meat in hot oil for about 4 minutes on each side. Place the halved cherry tomatoes next to the meat and fry for a couple of minutes. Add water or stock (if using water, you may need a little more salt). Add the beans and green peas and simmer for about 5-7 minutes, then add the cream and cook until it starts to thicken, about 5 minutes.
