Required products

  • 400 g chicken fillet
  • 1 egg
  • 2 spoons ground breadcrumbs
  • a pinch salt
  • ground pepper
  • cooking oil

Mashed potatoes

  • 8 potatoes
  • 20 g butter
  • 100 ml full
  • salt

Carrot-celery salad

  • 2 carrots
  • 100 g celery root
  • 1 a spoon sunflower seeds
  • 1 a spoon mayonnaise

Making

  • Cut the chicken fillet into strips.
  • Beat the egg with a fork, add salt and ground pepper.
  • Place the chicken fillet strips in the beaten egg. Leave to marinate for half an hour.
  • Coat the chicken fillet pieces in breadcrumbs and fry in hot oil until nicely browned, about 3-4 minutes per side (depending on the size of the pieces).

Mashed potatoes

  • Peel, cut and boil the potatoes. Drain the boiled potatoes, add butter and pour in the milk. When the milk boils, take a potato masher and mash the mash.

Salad

  • We shave the carrots, celery and grate them finely. We add sunflower seeds, mayonnaise and mix. If there is not enough salt, we add it to taste. For us, if I add mayonnaise, there is usually no shortage of salt.
