Making
- Cut the chicken fillet into strips.
- Beat the egg with a fork, add salt and ground pepper.
- Place the chicken fillet strips in the beaten egg. Leave to marinate for half an hour.
- Coat the chicken fillet pieces in breadcrumbs and fry in hot oil until nicely browned, about 3-4 minutes per side (depending on the size of the pieces).
Mashed potatoes
- Peel, cut and boil the potatoes. Drain the boiled potatoes, add butter and pour in the milk. When the milk boils, take a potato masher and mash the mash.
Salad
- We shave the carrots, celery and grate them finely. We add sunflower seeds, mayonnaise and mix. If there is not enough salt, we add it to taste. For us, if I add mayonnaise, there is usually no shortage of salt.
