Chicken meatballs in Sweet Chilli sauce

Ingredients
- 400 g chicken mince
- 1 egg
- 1 onion
- 100 ml Sweet chilli sauce
- salt, pepper
- 1 carrot
- ¼ broccoli
- ¼ pankolio
- oil for frying
- 1-2 spoons water

Instructions
- Prepare the meat: add salt, ground pepper, egg and finely chopped onion to the chicken mince. We've got a good idea. Make small meatballs and fry in oil until nicely browned on both sides.
- When the meatballs are cooked, remove them from the pan and add the carrots, fennel and broccoli, cut into straws, to the same pan. Fry, stirring constantly, until the vegetables are soft. Then return the meatballs to the pan and pour the Sweet Chilli Sauce over them. Stir everything well, add a splash of water, cover the pan and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Eaten with rice or noodles.
