Required products

  • 600 g chicken breast fillet
  • oil for frying
  • 1 onion
  • 2 slices garlic
  • 2 spoons pesto
  • 200 ml cream I use 35%, but it can be thinner.
  • salt, pepper
  • parsley

Making

  • Cut the chicken breast fillets into steaks, i.e. cut in half lengthwise. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, and you can also use any of your favorite spices, such as thyme.
  • Fry the meat in hot oil for 3-4 minutes on each side, the meat should be cooked through. When cooked, remove from the pan to a plate.
  • Add the finely chopped onion to the pan, fry until soft, add the chopped garlic, pesto and fry until the garlic starts to smell. Then return the meat to the pan and pour in the cream. Heat until the cream boils and starts to thicken, about 3 minutes.
  • It is delicious with boiled/fried potatoes, rice, and vegetable salad.
