Blueberry muffins

Ingredients

  • 150 g room temperature butter
  • 150 g sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 200 g flour
  • 50 ml milk
  • 1 arb.sh baking powder
  • 1 arb.sh vanilla sugar
  • 200 ml blueberries, frozen or fresh

Instructions

  • Turn on the oven to heat. Bake at 180℃.
  • Mix the flour with the vanilla sugar and baking powder.
  • Beat the butter with the sugar and, when the butter and sugar are well blended, beat in the eggs one at a time and add the flour, a tablespoon at a time. When all the eggs have been added, add all the flour and mix well.
  • Pour the milk into the dough and stir.
  • Add the blueberries (not blueberries!), frozen or fresh. Stir gently.
  • Put the dough into the cupcake tins, bake for 20 minutes at 180℃.

Naudinga

You can bake more and freeze them. Place in the freezer once cooled and put in a freezer bag or box.
