Blueberry muffins

Ingredients
- 150 g room temperature butter
- 150 g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 200 g flour
- 50 ml milk
- 1 arb.sh baking powder
- 1 arb.sh vanilla sugar
- 200 ml blueberries, frozen or fresh

Instructions
- Turn on the oven to heat. Bake at 180℃.
- Mix the flour with the vanilla sugar and baking powder.
- Beat the butter with the sugar and, when the butter and sugar are well blended, beat in the eggs one at a time and add the flour, a tablespoon at a time. When all the eggs have been added, add all the flour and mix well.
- Pour the milk into the dough and stir.
- Add the blueberries (not blueberries!), frozen or fresh. Stir gently.
- Put the dough into the cupcake tins, bake for 20 minutes at 180℃.

You can bake more and freeze them. Place in the freezer once cooled and put in a freezer bag or box.
