Basic recipe for pasta dough

- 5 eggs
- 500 g flour

- Sift the flour onto a board/ table and make a volcano crater.
- Crack the eggs into the well

- Gather the dough into a ball and knead until soft and elastic. The kneading meditation takes about 10 minutes,
