Banana bread

Ingredients
- 240 g flour
- 10 g baking powder or one heaped teaspoon
- 10 g vanilla sugar or one heaped teaspoon
- 100 g brown sugar
- 120 g room temperature butter
- 2 eggs
- 2,5 banana
- 50 g chopped dark chocolate

Instructions
- Turn the oven up to 180℃.
- Mix flour, vanilla sugar and baking powder.
- In another bowl, whisk together the sugar and butter, beat the eggs and whisk again. Add the two mashed bananas and mix well. Add the flour in batches and keep stirring until all the flour is incorporated and the batter is like thick cream. Add the chopped chocolate and mix lightly.
- Line a muffin tin with baking paper and lightly grease with butter.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking tin and place the strips of the remaining half banana on top.
- Bake for about 50 minutes. Check with a wooden skewer.
