Baked cod

Ingredients
- 0,5 kg cod fillet
- 2 spoons flour
- salt, spices
- oil for frying
- 5 medium-sized potatoes

Instructions
- Peel the potatoes, cut them in half and bring them to the boil (about 15 minutes)
- Put the flour in a heap, mix with salt and spices
- Roll the cod fillets in flour and fry in a frying pan in oil, frying on both sides until nicely browned.
- Serve with boiled potatoes and your favourite vegetables, I prefer cod with pickled beetroot.
