Ingredients

  • 250 g ground almonds (almond flour)
  • 100 g sugar
  • 4 egg whites
  • ½ arb.sh. almond essence or vanilla sugar
  • 25 almond nuts as many as there are biscuits

Instructions

  • Turn on the oven to 180℃
  • Mix the almond flour with the sugar.
  • Whisk the egg whites until stiff and foamy. Add almond essence or vanilla sugar.
  • Add the almond flour to the egg whites and mix.
  • With wet hands, shape the dough into balls, taking dough by the spoonful. Roll the ball in sugar and press in a nut.

  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, depending on the size of the biscuits.
