Ingredients
- 250 g ground almonds (almond flour)
- 100 g sugar
- 4 egg whites
- ½ arb.sh. almond essence or vanilla sugar
- 25 almond nuts as many as there are biscuits

Instructions
- Turn on the oven to 180℃
- Mix the almond flour with the sugar.
- Whisk the egg whites until stiff and foamy. Add almond essence or vanilla sugar.
- Add the almond flour to the egg whites and mix.
- With wet hands, shape the dough into balls, taking dough by the spoonful. Roll the ball in sugar and press in a nut.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, depending on the size of the biscuits.
