Omelette with green peas

Ingredients
- 2 egg
- 2 spoons milk can be replaced by cream
- 100 ml green peas may be refrigerated
- salt, ground pepper and your favourite spices such as thyme
- 25 g butter for frying or oil for frying
- 2 ribbons bacon serviramui, annex

Instructions
- Whisk the eggs with the milk, add salt and ground pepper and add the peas.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat and pour in the beaten egg mixture.
- Bake one side for a few minutes until nicely browned and the top is firm, then turn over and bake the other side with a wide spatula without breaking the pastry.
- Place on a plate and, in the same pan, fry the bacon.
- Serve with your favourite vegetables and bread.
