Eggs stuffed with crispy bacon

Ingredients

  • 3 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 spoon Mayonnaise
  • 1 arb.sh. Dijon mustard
  • 2 ribbons bacon
  • 1 spoon butter
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Peel the hard-boiled eggs and cut them in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks.
  • Beat the yolks with a fork, add the butter, mustard and mayonnaise and mix well until smooth.
  • Fry the bacon until crisp and cut it into small pieces when cooled. Add to the egg yolks, reserving a little for decoration, and mix. Add salt and pepper, if not enough.
  • Place the prepared filling in the egg halves and sprinkle with bacon pieces. Garnish with finely chopped onion leaves.
