Vegetable soup with meatballs

Ingredients
- 800 ml broth
- 1 carrot
- 2 potatoes
- 200 ml green peas
- dill, parsley
- 300 g chicken mince
- 1 egg
- 1 small onion
- 0.5 arb.sh. salt
- pepper

Instructions
- Peel the potatoes and carrot. Cut the potatoes into small pieces. Grate the carrots.
- Add the egg, salt, ground pepper and finely chopped onion to the chicken mince. Knead well.
- Bring the broth to the boil. Make small meatballs and add to the boiling broth. Add the sliced potatoes and grated carrots to the meatballs. Cook for about 5 minutes and add the green peas. Cook for about 10 minutes more. Add the chopped greens - dill, parsley.
