Ingredients
- 6 potatoes medium size
- 5 carrots medium size
- 4 egg
- 1 jar canned peas
- 4 pickled cucumbers medium size
- 100 g sausages, Doctor-type not necessarily
- salt, ground pepper
- 2 spoons Mayonnaise

Instructions
- Boil the eggs and the unpeeled potatoes and carrots. Cool.
- Finely dice the potatoes, carrots and eggs.
- Drain the liquid from the canned peas and add them to the chopped potatoes and carrots.
- Dice the sausage and pickles and add them to the potatoes.
- Mix everything in a bowl, add salt, ground pepper and mayonnaise.
- Delicious on its own, with bread or as an accompaniment to roast meat.
