Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 60 ml cream
- 100 g grated cheese
- butter or oil for greasing the moulds
Instructions
- Shake all the ingredients and pour into the cupcake tins. Pour 2/3 of the volume of the moulds.
- Bake at 175℃ for about 20 minutes.
- Very tasty with accompaniments suitable for eggs.
