Cottage cheese muffin

Ingredients

  • 300 g flour
  • 150 g room temperature butter
  • 250 g sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 300 g cottage cheese
  • 1,5 spoon baking powder
  • 1 spoon vanilla sugar

Instructions

  • Stir the baking powder into the flour.
  • Beat the butter well, beat in the eggs one at a time and add the sugar and flour in batches. Work in this way until all the eggs, sugar and flour are incorporated.
  • Add the cottage cheese to the batter. Stir. Pour into the cake tin.
  • Bake at 180℃ for about 35-40 minutes, depending on the thickness of the cake.
    You can check whether it is baked with a wooden skewer by inserting the wooden skewer into the cupcake, if the skewer is clean and not covered with dough, the cupcake is baked,
